No problem at all installing on the P-365 380. In fact, it was much easier installing it than it was installing the Sig Sauer Laser that had a push-button on/off switch under the trigger guard.

It seems to me that if there is a problem with mushrooming, it should appear right away; like after test firing at Sig.
