I practiced parking lot spawning point, and it would spawn scavs all around that area, while in the game it spawns 2 or 3 scavs at the extract area, 1 next to the elevators and possibly 1 behind the door. that's it. But some spawn locations stay the same in both offline and online modes ...Currently offline mode is just for walking around and checking out a map you aren't particularly familiar with, or to test new guns until you get the range in the hideout.
